FLATMATE WANTED

One double bed room fully furnished available for $220 per week + expenses.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, built in wardrobe, and desk with chair. Happy to remove the mattresses if you want to bring your own. The rest of the furniture would need to stay in the room.

1 toilet downstairs with lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet that will be shared between these 2 rooms. We have our own bathroom in our room.

Looking for people between the ages of 25 - 40. Easy going, clean, pay rent on time, and genuinely good people.

Maximum 1 person per room. We would like to have a maximum of 4 people in the house so areas don’t get too crowded.

This room gets the morning sun and with double glazed windows so the house stays warm. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Expenses will be split evenly between everyone.
