Barker Street

The room is a sleep out, it is about 5 meters from the main house. It has power and is carpeted, the bathrooms are in the main house. We will have the main house furnished but not the sleep out. We understand that it is sometimes an inconvenience to be living outside the main house so we are willing to negotiate the price of rent per week accordingly.

We are a group of friends studying at Lincoln University, 3 boys and 3 girls. Next year will be all our second year of study so we are all around 18-19 years old. We all are very friendly and sociable people, we may have the odd party or two, but are not majorly into partying all the time.
