Close to Barrington Mall; easy access to main roads to go in or out of city centre. 1 Bathroom with separate toilet – but looking at improving on that! Gas hot water. You will be sharing the house with a late 20s male; not exactly a party animal, but likes a drink and hanging out with mates. Open to sharing the cooking, or go it alone.
