In the heart of Devonport, double storey house, with 6 bedrooms. Views of Waitemata Harbour and Rangitoto. 5 Min from one of Auckland’s Top 5 beaches and from some of the best pubs, cafes in Devonport. 15 Min walk to the ferry or 5 Min to bus stop. It’s a double room with a shared bathroom. It also comes with free fibre and Netflix. Bills for elec/water are split. Also a rumpus for storage if need be. And of course you need to feed yourself.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 others. A couple and a full-time student. It’s a massive house so you’ll basically have the 1st level of the house to yourself. You will also be sharing the house with 2 cats. We are pretty chilled and enjoy our own space. Definitely not a party house but we enjoy a catch up over a drink in the kitchen after work or out in the garden on the weekend.
