House in central Takapuna in a quiet setting. 1-2 minute walk to Lake Road and only a few minutes to the beach! Bus stop at the corner. You can be in the city within minutes.

I’m looking for someone to share this wonderful space with me. The space is exactly as it’s portrayed in the photos. The only difference is, it’s furnished with a minimalist and modern style.

The bedroom is spacious with access to the front deck. There is a large wardrobe and enough room to put a desk. The room can be empty or furnished.

There is on-street parking through the Council - fee is $70 per vehicle, valid for 1 year.

A little bit about myself; I’m in my 30s, female, European, work in the creative industry. I live a holistic, conscientious, healthy lifestyle with a lot of adventure and fun. I’m into yoga, pole dance, surfing, SUP, scuba diving, hiking, and much more. When we aren’t in lockdown, I go to work most days, but I also have the flexibility to work from home whenever I want.

Ideal flatmate: Short or long term Open to all applicants. It comes down to personality & compatibility. Looking for someone who wants a home, rather than a ‘flat’. Someone considerate, respectful, clean, working professional or full-time student who enjoys a social drink and dinner. It’s important for me to share my living space with someone who is clean & tidy. My living space is important to me. I want to feel great when I arrive home, and I would like others to feel that way as well. If you are also adventurous, it’ll be the cherry on top! No smokers please.

Costs

• Bond is 3 weeks rent
• 1 week rent in advance - to be paid prior to moving in
• Bills to be split evenly (internet, gas, water, power) - It depends on our usage. (Bond is refundable, provided no damage on your departure, and 3 weeks notice required to move out).
