Roomshare - one large double room for one person with full private use of the whole flatlet for $280 per week, in self contained downstairs flatlet on a large property, located close to the St. Andrews golf course and river walk in Hamilton. All rooms are fully furnished and the flatlet has it’s own private entrance.

The flatlet consists of: A Modern shower with vanity, Separate toilet, Living / dining room containing TV & furnishings, Kitchenette, Two spacious double bedrooms - one is not for room sharing at present. The room contains large built in cupboards with sliding mirror doors with a Queen bed and one set of bedding. A separate laundry area with washing machine is shared by all occupants of the house. A BBQ area is available if required on occasion. Off-street parking is available.

Rental: The flatlet is now available from 1 September 2023. The bedroom with the Queen bed as shown in the first photo is being offered at $280 per week for one occupant, while the second bedroom with the double bed is not being let. Overnight guests are permitted by explicit prior arrangement and pre-payment. Price includes Power, gas & WiFi (High speed uncapped). No parties, smoking or sub-letting.

A bus stop and shops which include a Coffee shop, Dairy, Greengrocer, Hairdresser, fast foods etc are within close walking distance.

The occupant of the smaller bedroom for the past 18 months is now leaving the country in mid August, while the occupant of the larger bedroom is leaving shortly to continue with global travels. The upper floor is occupied by a couple who own the property. The flatlet and upper floor each have their own entrance.
