Three-bedroom 1920s house in the Regent area of Whangarei. We have a big lounge space, as well as a dining room TV. Cute sun-facing window seat in the dining room if you want to chill and soak up the rays.

The sleepout room is available. Would fit a single/double bed with furniture. Unfurnished. A freestanding wardrobe and two rugs are available to borrow if you would like. The sleepout is separate from the house, so you will be able to lock yourself away if you need quiet time to study or just to relax after work. French door entrance to the house is close to the sleepout room for easy access. Within walking distance to supermarkets, Whangarei CBD and the Town Basin so you can get your basic necessities. Perfect if you work in the CBD too. Quick walk to Hatea Loop if you’re keen on exercise.

Internet bills are paid monthly at $20 each. Power will be paid weekly which varies.

We’re a friendly but mellow crew. Flat consists of a couple (male & female) and one female. All in our 20s and working full time. Looking for someone reliable and considerate that can pay bills on time.
