- Sunshine in the morning and is very quiet.
- Fully furniture or Can remove them if you need it.
- A wardrobe included.
- Has a door lock without a key.
About the house:
- Shares bathroom and kitchen with one another person (which is me)
- Has everything (washing machine, fridge, microwave and kitchenware etc)
- An extra toilet upstairs
- 2 other flatmates live downstairs and have their own Kitchener and bathroom.
Around the house:
- EVERYTHING YOU NEED WITHIN5mins by car. Gym, shopping mall, park, supermarket, swimming pool (5mins) + Milford & Takapuna beach 10mins
- Safe area
- The neighbours are Kiwi, Korean, Malaysian families
About you: Healthy and positive person in 20 & the 30s.
Bill & Rent: $230 including gas, water, internet and power. $600 for the bond Notice - 2 weeks
Cleaning: We clean the house together.
Note: Vegetarian, gay people are welcome - as my previous flatmates were them, and they were very nice people :)
Sorry: No couple / Too much stuff to bring / No pet& smokers.

About us: Iām a 30s female who works as a Designer. I love outdoor activities such as standup sub boarding, hiking and travelling. I have a busy lifestyle most time, but keen to hang out after work if you like :) We have a downstairs flatmate mid 20s Kiwi couple. They both work. They are friendly and thoughtful and love video games :)
