About the room
My unit is sunny and quiet. Convenient location situated just off Lincoln Rd. You will have great access to the motorway, malls, public transport and the fifty+ eateries on the main road. The unit is fully furnished as it is my home too. Nice little backyard. Space to park. Bathroom and kitchen still fresh enough and user-friendly is still fresh. Open plan communal area.
No extra or hidden expenses (aside from food). So, your board is your board including power, water, gas, Wifi, firewood and Netflix. Room is fair size with own wardrobe, queen bed and drawers.
I’ve had people from all walks of life and backgrounds (NZ and overseas) stay here over the last 12-13 years.
