We are looking for one addition to our stylish Mount Roskill home. 5 of us (1 couple, 2 single females and the cutest little English staffie) have ra room to offer in Mount Roskill - available from Oct 31st 🏡

We’re a social flat, but definitely not a party flat. More movie nights and pancake mornings than crazy parties - even though some of us still enjoy a drink or 2 🍸 You’ll be living with 3 working professionals and 1 student. And of course Mona, our little doggo, who’s the star of the show 🐶 If she alone doesn’t persuade you to move in, then you’ll also get a large unfurnished double room, with built in wardrobe and mirrors. You’ll have access to the downstairs bathroom shared only with one other room. A big double garage, with plenty of other storage space in the rest of the house. Kitchen/dining complete with all furnishings, utensils and spices you’d never need. Plenty of fridge/freezer space as well due to us having 2 fridges. We have two lounges, one downstairs complete with TV and heat pump and one upstairs which comes with an amazing sunset view 🌞 Washing machine is also available in the garage. The house comes with a large driveway and lots of street parking (we easily get all 5 of our cars on the drive), as well as a garden that we have big plans for 🌻🪴🌶

The house is located in Mount Roskill, close to dominion road. Easy walk to Margaret Giffin park, Keith Hay park and Mount Roskill, as well as Waikowhai Bay if you’re happy to walk a bit further. With countdown, new world and The Warehouse close by, along with buses to the city. And Uber eats galore! Move in cost would be 1 weeks rent ($220 per week) plus 3 weeks rent for the bond. Bills are on top, which are around $20 a week.
