The room has large windows on two sides, allowing for beautiful natural light and sunshine from mid-morning onwards (perfect for an afternoon nap 👌🏽). Bills are split equally and paid as/when they come in (usually roughly $15 per week). The room is unfurnished.

House: Spacious 3 story home with 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which opens out onto a deck. There is also a small lawn with a garden shed at the back of the property and a two car garage at the front. The garage is used for storage and home gym equipment, however there are 3 off-street parking spots down the driveway, as well as plenty of on-street parking.

Flatmates: One couple, one single female and two single males, all in our late 20s.

Looking for: Someone, or a couple, of a similar age who are clean, tidy and social. The set up of the house is perfect for those who like their own space but the current flatmates do enjoy socialising with one another, whether that be over dinner, a few weekend drinks, a movie night or kicking the ball around at the local park. No pets or smokers.

Move in info: Move in date is Sunday 5th December. Move in costs are one weeks rent plus a bond of $1543.
