We have 1 room available from the week beginning the 15th of November in a brand-new 3-bedroom house on popular Dunkirk Road in Panmure! The location is literally situated right next to the park & the ocean which has walking / cycling paths around it. Public transport is well connected with bus stops and the Panmure train station not far away The house is fully furnished (apart from your room) so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything else. Washing machine clothes dryer, dishwasher, laundry tub, heat pump & TV are included. It has a toilet down stairs and a full bathroom upstairs. You would only be sharing your bathroom upstairs with one flatmate! We have just purchased some outside furniture to enjoy the summer weather 😊 There is plenty of parking on Dunkirk Road close to the house.

We are after a male or female of similar age who is a young professional, tidy, friendly & sociable. While we aren’t party animals we are always down for a drink! This place is Ideal for someone who likes the social aspect of flatting and keen to get to know both of us!
