It’s just myself (31) living at the address at this stage. I am a full time worker.

I am looking for a full time worker, who is friendly, clean and has no criminal history. This isn’t a party house however we do enjoy the odd beverage as a flat family.

180pw and includes all expenses except for food. Off road parking available and all living areas furnished.

Sorry no couples, no smokers and no drugs. Also no pets as we already have 1 dog/puppy.

Live near the hospital and Milson shops.

Room is available immediately. Rent to be paid 1 week in advance and 2 weeks rent as bond. References required.
