We can provide a queen bed if required (photo only shows mattress). Or bring your own bed. There is a bus stop right outside on the street. Avondale train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. 5 minutes to the Northwestern motorway or the Southwestern motorway. 5 minute drive to Lynnmall or 10 minute drive to St Lukes mall.

We are a professional couple in our mid twenties. We have two cats that we rescued and adore named Sherlock and Abraham. They are super friendly little dudes. We rarely drink (maybe a few times a year) and are fairly quiet. We would describe ourselves as kind, considerate, and sociable - we love a good games night or pancake breakfast! We both like to bake and cook. I enjoy painting and drawing, and Declan likes music and video games. I am currently working from home full time, but once we are out of lock down I’ll work 2-3 days per week in the office. We are both double vaxxed and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

We are looking for someone in their mid twenties upwards. The ideal person would be tidy, fairly quiet, and personable. Open to doing shared meals some nights. Crazy cat people get bonus points 😺 (but unfortunately no further pets can be added to our lease). Non smoker/vaper, no drugs. Double vaxxed (or soon to be) is preferred, unless you have an exemption.
