Hello, we have a room available for rent in Spreydon (Sydenham side), available ASAP.

• Single room, unfurnished, $150 per week (not incl. expenses).
• Room has a wardrobe space and some storage shelves.
• Location close to town, close to the Colombo Street shops and to Barrington Mall, on a quiet street.
• House is a 3-bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It has a small back yard as well.

Current roomies are a single male and a couple, all mid 20s to early 30s. Also there’s a cat called Watson, he’s old and cranky but is usually pretty chill. Looking for people in a similar age bracket. Generally a quiet house, looking for someone relaxed and friendly to fit in with the vibe.
