The room has double closets (with an extra drawer in between) and can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk (and leave room for working out/dancing). The property has a large back garden with fruit trees. It’s also right next to a lovely park, and a string of shops and cafes (including a great kebab shop and liquor store). It’s 10 minutes out of town, right next to multiple bus stops, has 2 patios, and plenty of space to park a car. Heaps of storage as it’s a huge house too. Room isn’t furnished but I have a queen bed I haven’t sold yet that I could sell to you if you wanted :) All bills average out at about $30 a week.

Roomies are all polite, clean, and respectful. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Everyone is vaccinated, but also respectful of your own choice. Social flat, but not intrusive. All girl flat, in our early to mid 20’s some students, some working. Prefer female tenants, but open to any. ASAP move in preferable.
