The house is recently-built, double storey, and has a huge double garage and modern kitchen. It is equipped with internal heating / air con and has a lovely yard with outdoor seating.

Rest of the house is fully furnished, including furniture shown. Be rest assured we are getting rid of the horrendous yellow curtains in the kitchen!

The location is perfect for those looking for a place to relax. It is privately tucked away in Mt Roskill but only a few minutes’ drive to cafes in Mt Eden and only 10-15 mins into the city.

This house would best suit a young professional in their 20s to early 30s, who is very clean, considerate, independent, and friendly.
