Situated down the end of a very quite shared driveway is this peaceful 2 bedroom flat, with a office/spare room which is currently used by the other tenant, shared bathroom, seperate toilet, open plan kitchen-lounge-dining and a lovely sunroom. The house has off street parking for 2 cars and a 1 1/2 garage for storage though I do currently use half the space for diy-crafts-woodworking. Low maintenance yard and garden though I am utilising the space to grown the odd vegetable and herb. Surrounded by lovely quite neighbours and a 5min walk to The Palms shopping centre. I would ideally be interested in someone who is working but students are more than welcome.

Hi I’m Richard. I currently work full time, enjoy furniture restoration/making and crafting other interior pieces. Along with my joy for gardening, I enjoy cooking.
