Room in Mount Victoria available from the 6th of December!

My lovely room in Mount Vic is available soon! Room doesn’t come furnished unfortunately but has a built-in storage space/hanger and heaps of space for furniture (I’ve currently got a double bed, some shelves and a desk, and it still has plenty of room to spare). 1 Bathroom with superb shower pressure, lounge and kitchen is fully furnished. Our flat is upstairs so we have a deck that gets some great sun during the day, great for tanning and a cheeky brew during the summer, and the lounge has an amazing view of the city and gets the evening sun. Nice quiet neighbourhood, bus stop is only a 2-minute stroll away and Courtenay Street is 10 minutes, heaps of on-street parking available.

Looking for another female to fill the room. This isn’t a party flat, so wanting someone who’s respectful, chill.

Rent is $235 per week (paid fortnightly), and utilities are no more than $30 per week (includes internet, electricity, and gas). Tenancy runs until February 20th, with the option to renew for another year.

Just as a heads up, one of the girls’ rooms is getting some renovations done, so her things will temporarily be in the lounge, however the photos included show what it’s like usually

There are 2 other girls in the flat, they’re super chill and relaxed, both have just completed uni. They’re usually out and about or in their rooms working, so someone who also enjoys their own space would be ideal!
