Ada Street

The available room is a sleep out in front of the house. Nice and private, quiet and conveniently close to the front door of the house. The house is fully furnished but the sleep out is not. We have a large backyard and the property is fully fenced. There is space for a car to be parked beside the sleep out. The house is located on a party street. However, we are at the end of the street and have never been affected by the noise.

Rent will be $270 per fortnight not including power and internet. The initial payments for person number four include: Bond: $540.00 2 weeks rent: $270.00

We currently have three girls aged between 18-24 in the house, all studying at Massey. We are an easy going bunch looking for someone who is clean and tidy, not too much of a party animal and can pay the bills on time. We are 100% a drug free house. We are definitely after someone who is animal friendly as we have 4 cats, and yes, we know that makes us sound crazy. Unfortunately, we would prefer not to add any more cats to the house. No dogs allowed.

Being fully vaccinated would be ideal as we have someone in the house who is immunocompromised.
