Zoie's room

This cosy flat is at the top of Parnell, in easy reach of the Domain, the CBD and Newmarket. It is sunny and has a great little verandah looking out to the port. It is a 3 bedroom flat, with two bathrooms. The room up for grabs is downstairs, approximately 2.5x3m, it has a huge wardrobe and comes with its own bathroom. It stays cool during summer, and has a heater for winter.

An important notice is that this flat’s contract comes to an end sometime between the 30th of January and the 12th of February, so this is a short term solution over the summer holidays. The lovely Eden, a great singer/musician and architecture student is head tenant of the flat and will be staying for the remainder of the holiday.
