The house is three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey and a backyard for bbqs and pot plants. Located just two minutes walk from Sylvia Park, perfect location for someone working there or in town as the train station is only a five minute walk. House is fully equipped for easy and comfortable living:

• cosy lounge area with sound system and smart tv

• your own bathroom (which is the main bathroom of house so needs to be kept clean and tidy for the odd occasion I feel like a soak in the tub)
• sunny furnished room with double size bed, bedside table, tv and double wardrobe
• car parking space available for the new flatmate

I am female head tenant. I am nice and friendly person of NZ origin. Enjoy all sorts of music and a social drink. English speaking. Currently living here are three roommates - consisting of me and my two dogs! You will need to be an animal lover to live here.

All nationalities and English speaking levels are welcome. You must be either a student or employed person. Proof of identity will be required as well as bond. Flatmate contract will be provided.

Vape heads welcome 🤗 but preferably no cigarette smokers
