George Tate's room

The apartment/flat is a refurbished loft style apartment in the heart of Mount Albert. It’s located very close to Mount Albert train station yet without the downside of the noise so is super convenient. There is off street parking nearby so no issues if you have a car and there is also a car park if needed in the building.

The room is a comfortable double with a built in wardrobe. It would fit a queen bed as well as a small desk. The room has very good natural lighting and is very clean.

Current flatmates are one single (22 M) and one couple (23 M/ 24 F). We are a mixture of young professionals and postgrad students so are looking for someone with a similar background/vibe. We would love someone sociable and fun during the weekend (less so during the week lol), but definitely keen for the odd flat dinner or drinks.
