A spacious, tidy and newly built 6-bedroom house with a large backyard and deck, comfy upstairs lounge and balcony, two separated kitchens with gas and induction stovetops, 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. We have unlimited fibre wifi and all rent and utility fees are included in the weekly costs. Our upstairs bedroom is available, costing $200 per week plus $5 for utility.

It is in an ideal location within walking distance to multiple asian supermarkets, Westfield Shopping Mall, Albany Bus Station, Pak’nSave, bakeries and restaurants and two minutes drive from the highway. We’re looking for someone considerate, tidy and reliable.The resident will need to share a large bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and one shower with a male English teacher. Students and professionals are preferred. No pets, no smokers.

The room is spacious, with two large windows, plenty of sunlight, a double doored wardrobe with drawers and hanging space inside, a large bookshelf, a study desk.

The house is mostly quiet and all tenants are very respectful of each other’s personal space. I rarely see anyone around. Me and my dad enjoy gardening and taking night power walks around the neighbourhood.
