Matt's room

We have one bedroom for rent in our Newtown flat from the 20th of December. Room is $240 per week total, which includes $195 rent + $45 for expenses (unlimited internet and power). Bond is $300.

The room is unfurnished, but includes a built-in clothes rail with a storage shelf above. (Note: Entire flat has been freshly re-carpeted since the above photos were taken.)

Flat includes a kitchen with modern oven/stove, fridge, and plenty of cabinet space. Bathroom includes a washing machine, with clothes line outside. Great view of Newtown from the deck, which overlooks the backyard and gets plenty of sun.

Flat viewings will be held starting Monday the 6th of December from 5pm-7pm weekdays, and during daytime hours on the weekend.

Flat was founded 7 years ago by three introverts looking to escape loud party flats, one flatmate is now moving out and we’re looking for someone to fill his shoes. The remaining flatmates are a woman and man in their early 30s, and a friendly old cat.

We are looking for someone quiet, tidy, responsible, and ideally wanting to stick around for at least a year. Ideal age is 20+. Flat is LGBT+ friendly. Unfortunately, the entrance to the house is down some steps and thus not wheelchair accessible.
