We have a spacious room going in our beautiful Westmere house!

The bedroom: We’re looking for either a couple or single person to move into the best room(s) in the house. The main bedroom is big enough for a king bed, drawers, desk & has built-in wardrobe space. There is a private extra room joined onto the bedroom, perfect for working from home as an office or as your own dream walk-in wardrobe! You’ll also have your own garage and off-street driveway parking.

The house: Our large, beautiful house is set away from the road up a driveway. Split level, with a large downstairs lounge and a second lounge with kitchen and dining area upstairs. We also have a sun-soaked courtyard perfect for summer BBQs. You’ll share a bathroom with another couple. There is ample on-street parking available. We’ve lived here for a few years, so our house is fully furnished. You just need to bring your bedroom furniture.

The area: We are in a gorgeous, safe neighbourhood, 5 min walk to West Lynn shops, bars and restaurants, 2 min drive to Countdown. There is a bus stop just around the corner with fast links to the city and Ponsonby, and Outerlink buses go from a 5-minute walk down the road.

Rent: $360pw (reduced for single person) Room discounted to 300pw until 11 Feb. Expenses: Wifi, power, gas, water and general household supplies are shared between all housemates.

The housemates: All in 20s-early 30s, young pros looking for someone friendly and considerate. We love playing board games together, having a cheeky drink on a Friday night, but also enjoy our own space. Bonus housemate is an adorable kitten named Tahi!
