We’re looking for a couple (or baller single) to replace us in this beautiful and sunny Aro Valley home. The rent is a pretty great deal as it includes POWER, INTERNET, NETFLIX, CLEANER AND GARDENER! The room is super spacious and comes furnished with a QUEEN bed, double clothes rack and massive built in desk. It is nice and private, having its own door in and out of the flat, as well as a natural border of greenery out front. The flat itself has a lovely open plan, with a super sunny lounge and decked out kitchen. The bathroom has a walk in shower, double sink and bath. The outside area is great too, being made up of a large deck, decent sized lawn and raised garden jam-packed with herbs. The location of this flat is the perfect in-between, being a short 15 minute walk away from the CBD and just 2 minutes from the picturesque Polhill Reserve track. Super close to Vic Uni too (13 mins) and not too far from Massey (24 mins). Move in date would be ASAP but rent is currently paid up until the 20th December! Option to renew lease Feb 2022.
