4 bedroom house with amazing balcony view. One bedroom available. You would share a bathroom with just one other person.

You’ll be living with my partner and I + one other, all full-time workers.

The house is fully furnished already (excluding the bedroom on offer). We have fibre internet at the house with the maximum speed available. Close to Glenfield mall and Wairau Park.

We are definitely not a party house and are looking for long term easy-going, tidy and respectful flatmates.

Not suitable for smokers or pets.

Financials: $200 base rent p/w $35 for expenses (power, water and internet) p/w

$760 for bond.

We are all full time workers, courteous and respectful of others space. We are pretty easy-going and very tidy. We like to treat everyone as adults so we don’t have a cleaning roster but expect everyone to pitch in without asking.
