.The house: Surrounded by other well-maintained homes in a pocket of the city renowned for being both quiet, peaceful and safe. This two-storey home has a spacious lounge/dining area, a BBQ area for sunny days, versatile living spaces and a highly functional kitchen with dishwasher. The home has four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs and a spacious laundry. It is fully insulated in the ceiling and underfloor and has a wood burner and heat pump for the winter months.

The room: Unfurnished, located downstairs and has a double wardrobe.
