About the room
Just off Dominion Road this flat is in a great location! Room is big enough for a double bed, desk and wardrobe, and is conveniently located next to the kitchen for all your midnight snack needs.
At $145/w it’s ridiculously cheap for Auckland housing, and as such the house is not exactly state of the art. We do however have a massive front/back lawn with vegetable garden and HEAPS of storage space in the garage.
Price includes power/water/toilet paper etc, we’ve got a heat pump so can warm/cool the house reasonably efficiently, we often have this running.
Potential for two rooms to be available if your pal would like to come too (same price room).
Is 20min bike ride down Dominion road or 30min bus to uni/cbd. Super convenient bus going every 5min during peak hours
About the roomies
Current flatties are aged between 19-25, would be keen for something similar. We all get along quite well and enjoy each other’s company but equally we’re all pretty busy so aren’t often all home in the evenings.
Current flatmates are mix of uni students and fulltime workers
We’re pretty into our outdoor sports, and the garage comes equipped with storage for kayaks, bikes and climbing gear.
