• Epic location! Right behind the Frankton bus hub and an easy, flat walk to supermarkets, shops, the Events Centre, the airport, the FAT and the lake. Right across the road from numerous takeaways and a bottle store. 
• Awesome outdoor living with two decks and a large BBQ area with an area to create a veggie garden.
• Heaps of sun and located on the flat so no steep, icy hills to navigate in winter.
• The house has solar panels which makes for cheap electricity. 
• Underfloor heating in the recently renovated bathroom.
• New, modern kitchen.
• Fully insulated and a large wood burner for toasty winters.

• Two Kiwis (both female).
• Both working office hours Monday to Friday.
• Super laid back and easy to get along with.
• Social and enjoy the odd shared dinner, a couple of drinks, games nights, etc. Not a party house.
• There is also one very friendly Birman cat called Rufus (unfortunately we  cannot allow more pets).
