Nicole's room

A room has become available in our lovely three bedroom home in Springfield. There are currently two females living here, both professionals who are in their late 20s. We also have a fun loving cat. Our home is close to the golf course and the mountain biking and walking tracks in waipa, ideal location for Rotorua!

We are after someone ideally in their 20s, who is quiet, clean, tidy and respectful. Rent is $200 per week, inclusive of everyday household items (such as cleaning products, toilet paper etc). Internet and power are split evenly each month ontop of this - usually fluctuates between 50-90 each a month dependent on the season.

I am a 27 year old female who is a primary school teacher and also studying towards my masters. My flatmate is a 29 year old female who is a vet. We both love the outdoors and are often out and about during weekends. During the week we are at home during the evenings and are both very chill and easy going people.
