I have 1 room to rent in my home. It’s a quiet area with parking for one car. If no car, we have local shops nearby and public bus nearby. The room is unfurnished, can be furnished. Your cut will be $200 week. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
