Located right next to Kingsland train station, the 22, and 24 bus routes, this flat is in a prime position for anyone looking to live central. We’re also only a few minutes from Kingsland village and Eden Park.

The room gets a lot of light, with lots of windows and french doors opening onto the deck. It has an open wardrobe, fits a double bed as well as a small desk and other storage. This is the perfect room for someone who leaves the house early or gets back late as it is the closest room to the front door.

Rent is listed (water included in rent), and utilities are about $15 a week. We also have another room listed if you are wanting a friend to also join!

We’re in our early twenties, have finished/finishing uni and work in the media/marketing industry, We’re both volunteers at bFM as reporters and show hosts. Currently is two guys and we’re looking to have a 50/50 split if possible. We’re sociable, big on music, food and discussing politics, LGBTQIA+ friendly and accepting of anyone who comes through our door. We’re reasonably busy people, but we’re keen to do flat dinners etc. We’re looking for someone who can match our vibe!
