Located on Sunset Road, Totara Vale. Great location close to the motorway and lovely north shore beaches. Just a few minutes to the supermarket and Constellation Bus Station.
The room will definitely be available from 28 February 2022 but may be available earlier in February so please let me know your ideal move in date at application.
This is a split level 4 bedroom home. Shared kitchen, living area and bathroom. There are 2 living areas, a spa pool and a big back yard. The room for rent is unfurnished. There is off street parking available.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, clean and tidy and will pay the rent in a timely manner. Applicants must be fully vaccinated and a non smoker. No pets sorry as we already have a cat who is a boss so wouldn’t want any pet mates.
2 weeks bond ($500) and 1 week rent ($250) in advance for move in. Additional costs for internet, power, water, etc are to be discussed.
