About the room
Hi team, Really nice location, 20 metres from Cuba Street. Perfect for walking to work, if you work in town. Nice warm flat. Gets good afternoon sun and there is a little balcony to sit on. No maintenance. Just vacuum once a month.
About the roomies
You will be living with me. I work at a bank in town. I am pretty quiet during the week but wouldn’t mind a flat mate that is willing to do things together or not. I sometimes have a few drinks on the weekend but thinking about having a bit of a health change in the new year (will see how that pans out). I think the deposit is circa $700, need to double check.
