This flat is in a double grammar zone, perfect for students who either wish to attend or do attend Epsom Girls Grammar School or Auckland Grammar School. The flat is located right behind a popular bus stop, making your public transport experience feel more convenient than ever. Lovely local shops and restaurants are just a five-minute walk away from the house, and Newmarket is only a five-minute bus ride away. The flat is a two-bedroom house with one bathroom and a conjoined living room and kitchen. The available bedroom is spacious, private, and well insulated. The flat is fully furnished except for your room. You may bring your own cutlery or other living room/kitchen/bathroom furnishings too if you like. If you do not have a bed, there is a spare one you could use. Otherwise, the flat is more or less yours to decorate. If you have your own car, there is also a place for you to park on the property. Electricity and Wi-Fi will cost extra as the use in electricity and internet will vary with you here.

As you can see, there are some of my belongings in the advertised room, but rest assured, I will remove these before you arrive.
