My current flatmate and I are moving into a bright and sunny 4-bedroom Westmere home at the end of Jan. We are looking for two future flatties to join us in the new flat!

There will be 2x bedrooms available from 22 Jan onwards when we get the keys… which means we can’t do viewings until then, but would love to meet up and/or provide you with more info prior.

It’s a cute flat nestled off a side street in Westmere with large windows and lots of outdoor deck space. On-site car park space possibly available for both rooms (depending on car size). The living areas will be furnished but available bedrooms will be unfurnished. It’s a new flat so plenty of space for your furniture/decor if you have/want to bring. Comes with dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Pretty sweet location! Approx 3min drive/10min walk to Westmere Butchery (IYKYK), Countdown Grey Lynn, Farro, Lilian and Gypsy Tea Room on Richmond Rd. A quick Uber ride to Ponsonby hub. Bus stop into the city is a 2min walk from flat.

Perfect for those in their mid/late 20s to early/mid 30s who are looking for a non party flat or frat house vibes! We’re after full-time workers who have lives outside of the flat but also enjoy a chill social flat.

No couples, pets or smokers please.

ABOUT THE ROOMS: Both are situated on ground level and would share the bathroom only with each other.

Room 1 (single room) Rent: $260/week plus utilities Bond: 4 weeks Small and cozy but has a heat pump and a built-in wardrobe and can fit a double bed. Unfurnished.

Room 2 (double room) Rent: $270/week plus utilities Bond: 4 weeks More spacious but doesn’t have a heat pump nor a wardrobe (property manager may supply a wardrobe for this room). There is a TV on wall (removal optional). Unfurnished.

ABOUT US: We’re both young professionals in our early 30s. Tidy, clean and respectful. We both have hermit days and super social days… looking for similar people striking that balance in life! We like our wines, cocktails and chats, hoping you’d be keen to join us for a few on the deck when the mood strikes!
