Sunny room to let in quiet suburb, walking distance to Timaru Hospital. Roadside parking, occasional off road parking available. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Seperate furnished lounge available for your own use. Share my bathroom, kitchen and garden. I have a friendly spaniel on site. I am a nurse by profession.

I live alone, though have visitors and my own adult children who visit. I prefer a professional female, who is relatively quiet and independent. I require references please.
