We’re in a sweet location in Avondale. Mt Albert Pak’n’Save is a couple of minutes’ drive, Lynmall and Avondale train station are both 10 minutes’ walk and have a great bus route into the CBD on the street. The house itself gets heaps of sun, decent sized deck with a BBQ and loads of space within the house. There’s 2.5 bathrooms, three rooms downstairs share 1.5 bathrooms. The two rooms which are available come with built in wardrobes and are unfurnished. Rent is inclusive of water, power and internet. Move in costs: $230 pw. Total move in cost: 2 weeks rent as bond + 1 week rent. Sorry no couples, pets or smokers. Cheers! :D Cheers!

There’s currently 4 of us (1 MF couple and 2F). We’re all working and in Uni so are pretty busy, we are all fully vaccinated.
We are all chill, enjoy travelling or being outdoors when we can. Bellatrix our kitten is the friendliest little adverturer when she’s not finding new spots to nap.
