About the room
It’s a gorgeous house set in the middle of just over 4 hectares. 3 bedroom (2 other flatmates)/2 bath (bathtub and shower in main bathroom - shared with only 1 of the tenants) Heat pump, DVS system and fireplace Outdoor gas fireplace 1 dog (mine) Gas hot water, on tank water so need to be careful through summer Room can come furnished with a bed or without, up to new tenant :) Power is included in the rent but internet ($25/mo each), gas (water and cooking ~$40/mo each) and garbage collection ($30/3mo each) is split 3 ways
About the roomies
We are pretty easy going people, non judgemental and fun loving. We both enjoy cooking and have pretty much any kitchen appliance you might want lol. We like to occasionally throw dinner parties which the new flatmate would be welcome to join in on. I have a 2 year old staffie x dog who can seem scary but is actually a little sweetheart once you get to know her, New tenant must like dogs, unfortunately I don’t think our landlords would be ok with another dog as they are concerned with their animals in the paddocks around us (horses, goats and cows)
