It is located right in the center of Parnell, just off Parnell rise which makes it super close to everything you might need. (Shops, caffès, bars, Domain, Westfield new Market and more) The place is fairly new, spacious, dry, warm and very sunny.

The room is an ensuite with has a spacious built-in wardrobe, and a lovely view. Can easily fit queen size bed and a desk. It comes with an off-street car park in a very safe location.

Large living room with a beautiful fully equiped kitchen, air conditioner, as well as two balconies on both sides of the living room. Also furnished with a washing machine and a dryer.

My flatmates and I (2 males, 2 females) are looking for a fifth roomie to complete our flat in Parnell :) You will be living with two couples, all in early 20’s, working full time. We all are very social outgoing people, hobbies include: gyming, baking, crocheting, enjoy good music, movies, occasional drinks on weekends and spend time with the group, but also respect each others personal space ;) We are looking for someone with the same vibe, who is fun, clean and tidy, pays rent on time
