The room going is a furnished room with a double bed (furniture can be removed) with its own sunny balcony. The rest of the place is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is on Anzac Ave so you’ll be on the doorstep of the cities shopping, dining, and within walking distance to the cities nightlife. There is also a Countdown and Les Mills Gym a stone’s throw away!

The rent per week is 280 and is paid fortnightly. I am looking for a person who’d like to call the place home and roll over the lease in April. It would be ideal if you are employed full-time or a student, that is easy to get along with, considerate, and can pay rent on time!

You’ll be living with Will who is a 20 something-year-old working in Training and Development who’s a New Zealander who’s lived overseas most of his life, who’ll be very happy to occasionally cook you a meal, go for a gym session or explore somewhere new in the city.
