Pirihira's room

Kia ora, I’m currently on the lookout for a.  flatmate. I live in Mount Albert and am central to everything (the motorway, Mt Albert Unitec and the train station). Its an apartment complex with a little backyard included. On road parking and a newly renovated bathroom. Everything is included (power, water, internet) except food. Board is 260 for singles 300 for couples (as you’ll have the bigger room) I do stay away from home a bit so you’ll most likely have the house to yourself. I am looking for someone tidy, easy going and is okay with kids as my nieces and nephews are over quite often. A student would probably be best suited or a fulltime worker.
