This is a small cosy place, with 3 bedrooms located close to the Henderson mall, countdown, Kmart, city fitness, and anytime fitness. Situated on a quiet street with plenty of off-street parking.

The room would suit a full-time worker or student. This is an all-female house, so our preference is to fill the room with another female between 20-30’s. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate, helps with the cleaning and pays the rent and bills on time.

As there is limited storage in the house, the room would suit someone who does not have much stuff.

The room is available If you need to give your current flat 2-3 weeks’ notice, let us know as we are willing to hold the room for the right person.

There are two current house-mates, our age range is mid-20s early 30s, both working professionals. We love our personal space but also a good chat. We are clean and tidy, looking for someone similar.
