The property is situated in a cul-de-sac. Parking will be off street. The room is tidy with basic furniture (bed, study desk , closet etc.). Electricity, Water, Internet and Washing included. If food is needed, it can be discussed. The room is 1 of the 5 in the house. There are no other tenants.

We are family of 3 (Mum, Dad and Son). One Son lives in Wellington. All three at home, work. We do have a very friendly dog (Labrador), who will soon be 2 years old. Unless preferred, you will not have dog responsibilities.
