We are looking for someone to join our 3 bedroom flat. The blue room is $160/wk, fits a double bed comfortably and has a built in wardrobe.

Expenses are $30/wk (power, water, Netflix & fibre) and bond is $450. Available now. House is fully furnished and we have a heat pump, so we are pretty toasty during winter. Toilet is separate from the shower, so no stress waiting when someone is in the bathroom. It’s not a brand new house; it’s got a lot of character and has a relaxed comfortable homely/family feel. We are pretty old school - wash dishes by hand, save power and water, and recycle. There is a garden if you would like to grow anything. We have a shared roster for house jobs. We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, independent, and considerate, sociable, but also likes their own space, tidy, keen for a home and might have some shared interests. Preferably in their 30s or 40s, but that’s flexible. We are both fully vaxxed. Must love cats as we have two resident moggies. Message with something about yourself to book a time to see the place.
