Hello all! We are currently looking for a friendly couple to take our master bedroom in Onehunga.

Room for offer is a spacious and light master bedroom, plenty of space for queen size bed and has a large built-in wardrobe.

House has 2 shared bathrooms (1x main bathroom with Shower and Bath + 1x separate toilet), well sized fully furnished living, dining and kitchen space, shared spare bedroom (multi-purpose office/ bed space) and a large double size garage for storage/ gym/ washing machine. House also has a large deck in the backyard, perfect for chilling out and soaking up the sun. There is also space for 2x car parks down the driveway.

House is located a few blocks from the bay, 15-minute walk to Dresssmart and 10-minute walk to the 30 or 309 bus.

$330 Week excluding bills (bills ~$30 PP Week) - Bond 4x weeks of ren

Current flatmates are a female (28) and male (26), female is a full time PE teacher who is fun, friendly, and very active. Male is a full time AV Tech who works a few night shifts every now and then otherwise friendly, social, and active. We have a pretty open and social vibe in the flat, up for watching a movie or just chilling out on the deck!
