Small room but super sunny from rise to set. Lovely quiet street neighbors friendly but respect each and all privacy. Room comes with queen size bed, set of drawers and a single side drawer. There is room for a small desk welcome to bring your own TV, etc. Linen and heater are provided no extra cost. New blinds for room and is freshly painted all new for new flattie. three weeks to move in, 1x rent and 2wks for bond. Must have a job, 420 friendly, clean and tidy persons, close to lower hutt city 25mins walk. 10mins from here to train station, close to all main roads, local dairys close at 10pm, takeaways everywhere. 10mins to hospital, after hours, cafes, parks, schools primary-secondary, buses trains, taxis all close. There is only one other living here with 3 kitty’s and 1 cat atm. We are dog friendly please discuss. Neighbors great street safe close to everything I’m a female thats very polite respect privacy I get along with all but not a party party person. One weeks bond and one weeks rent is due before or upon arrival. Viewing is advised but not expected. I really enjoy my own space, privacy, and company.
