Simple 3 bedroom house, wooden floors. Gets lots of sun and close to town. Safe area. We don’t have a garage but parking beside my car st the front of the house

I am 33 years old work full time up in East Tamaki, I have 15 year old son who goes to college. We are both very chill, only really home in the evenings most weekend out and about with sport or beach. Looking someone to rent the spare room who is easy to get on with can clean up after themselves and not overly loud or partying all the time. Would rather someone that also works fulltime.
